I have purchased my last Sleek Look Lotion. Since the formula has been changed is does not control my hair like the previous one did....this is just too watery. No more for me....Please bring back the old formula...it works!!

I agree that the new products are not good for my hair. I loved the old Matrix sleek.look 3 Lite styling creme. It made my curly, frizzy hair nice and smooth, manageable, and easy to comb. The new product makes my hair feel awful, and not easy to comb. Please tell me you haven't discontinued the old product.

The new Sleek Look Blow Down Lite Lotion is HORRIBLE, please bring the old Sleek Look Extreme styling creme back...PLEASE, PLEASE.
The new one leave a lot of residuos on my hair causing tangles and no shine at all. I love the old version, it was weight better than this one...I'm not going to use this anymore. I don't understand why the company change it to a new version when the OLD ONE was just AMAZING AND FANTASTIC.
PLEASE, BRING BACK THE EXTREME STYLING CREME.

AGREE WITH COMMENT BELOW. WHATEVER NEW FORMULA IS BEING USED IN THE STEP 3, STYLING CREAM, IS WORTHLESS. I HAVE BEEN USING SLEEK LOOK LITE STYLING CREAM FOR YEARS, AND HAVE RECOMMENDED IT TO SEVERAL PEOPLE. A FEW DAYS AGO, I BOUGHT A NEW BOTTLE, THINKING THAT JUST THE PRODUCT LOOK HAD CHANGED, BUT TO MY DISMAY, THE ENTIRE FORMULA HAS CHANGED. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $$$.
BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA PLEASE!

I do not like the new cremes at all. The old creme was great. My hair was much more smooth and shiny. Very upsetting to know I can't find the original anywhere.

These new products are terrible. I liked the old extreme creme lite, it helped with styling my thick, long, wavy, coarse hair. I cannot get a brush through my hair with these products when I style my hair. I've broken 2 brushes this week. The old creme made my hair smooth and silky, with no residue. The new products just cause tangles and weight down my hair. Bring back the extreme creme lite!!!

I signed up for 2 different freebies and got nothing.I use biolage shampoo & conditioner,and LOVE them.Why would you mislead a customer,or advertise false information.The first time it was a little disappointing,then a few months later i came across another freebie and signed up for that and never received it.I love biolage and just wanted to try other products you have that may have made me a life time buyer for other products you sale.
