Please bring back the original formula for this product, it was the one thing that worked on my hair. If I had never tried the original formula I may think this new product was goog but knowing how great the original is, there is no comparison. Any chance of the original making a comeback?

OMG! How can you change formulas without letting your customers know. I too used the Sleek Look Extreme Creme and now I can't find it anywhere. It is the only thing that works on my unruly hair. It's course, wavy, ugly and frizzy and gives me low self-esteem. The only product in the world that made me feel good was this product. Now you changed the formula. The #3 Blow down lotion is terrible in my hair. It gives no body, no bounce and makes my hair look the worst it has ever been. I'm actually embarrassed. If you ever put your customers first, please bring back the old formula and let me know when you do. Until then I will continue to walk around with my grandma hair and feel really crappy about myself and for this I thank you. Who says the customer is always right. Apparently Matrix doesn't think so or you wouldn't have gotten rid of a good thing. I would appreciate a reply, but am pretty postive I won't get one. I will continue wasting my money I worked hard for and don't have extra of on other products until I strike gold again and I can tell you not on Matrix. I currently bought 4 bottles of the Lite 3 lotion because i was told this works better by the salon (because they didn't have the lite or extreme creme) and don't have the receipt to take them back. Now I am out another $60.00. Thanks for ruining my life!!!

I totally agree with the other reviews - when you changed the packaging you changed the product. The new stuff is almost watery - and it leaves my hair brittle and dry. Seriously disappointed - I will be taking my product back to the salon. I will never buy this new version again, and probably not any of the other Matrix products either. (Have tried many other styling cremes with no luck yet... rats.)

I've been using the older version of this creme for the last 5 years. I have wavy, long hair and this creme worked wonders. My hair was manageable, had no frizz in sight, and was very shiny. I've recently purchased the new version and have started to notice that my hair become coarse, somewhat greasier, and lacking the shine I once had. I'm really disappointed in the new product and I will not be buying this product again after the one I have runs up.

I just love the old formula....I don't know why the company decide to change it...but I'm pretty sure they make a mistake. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION OF SLEEK LOOK EXTREME STYLING CREME...It was AMAZING the better cream I have ever try. The new formula it's just a mess, it leaves a lot of residuos in your hair and nothing of shine as the old formula does and also the new formula or version already damage my hair and I don't even finished the botle. Please!!! this is a call to the people in charge of this company to look at your customers reviews and please BRING THE OLD FORMULA BACK(SLEEK LOOK EXTREME STYLING CREME).

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the new changes that you have made to the Sleek.look creme. I have used this product after every hair wash for the last 8 years....faithfully. This has been the only product that I have found that actually did what it said it was going to do. Now, in the last week, my hair has become dry, impossible to blow dry and unmanageable. My husband even noticed...and he is one who normally doesn't notice if I come home with a different hair color. Needless to say, I will no longer use this product and am currently in search of something that I "love", as much as I loved this product before you changed it.

HATE THE NEW FORMULA! BRING BACK THE OLD ONE PLEASE!

I have to agree with others who do not like the new formula. It seems they have made it water-soluble. Why would we want a product designed to Hold hair to be water soluble? - at the least hint of humidity my hair style crumbles now. With the old formula I could easily weather the Alabama summertime humidity and still look my best. Very sad to loose such a great product.

I totally agree with other girls who have a review on this site. I like the previous Matrix Extreme product, it made my hair shine, look soft, feel soft and also it used to take me less time to blowdry. Now with the Extreme blow down product it take me more time to blow dry my hair. This product does not take the Frizz out rather leaves the hair frizzy and dull and dry. As soon as I put this product on my hair and 2 min. of blow drying makes my hair look very dry, dead and dull. IT even makes the har break. I really wish that Matrix can bring the previous product back. It was a beautiful product! I loved blwodrying my hair with that product and in half and hour I was able to blow dry my hair into soft and silky straight looking...or shouls I say sleek looking. Please bring the old product back. Had I know before I would have stocked up on the old product. Please Matrix bring the old product. Your new Matrix extrme down is not good at all..very sticky and is a lot of work. I am very dissapointed. I love the shampoo, conditioner...it adds a lot of moisture to my hair. Pleae don't change the shampoo and conditioner on us now. I use the orange sleek look shampoo. PLEASE BRING THE OLD EXTRME MATRIX CREAM BACK!!!!!

i have been using sleek look, #3 for a long time and would use nothing else on my hair. it was always smooth and looked good. a few months ago the packaging changed which i like but the product did too. i don't know why the product was changed but now i can't stand to use it because it does nothing but dry out my hair. it is not as creamy as before. why mess with a good thing. i am still looking for something to replace it but have had no luck. i wish you would go back to the old formula......

I used the old formula of this and loved it! it gave my hair beautiful loose curls and a wonderful shine, without frizz. I could go out on the rainiest day and still my hair looked great. Then Matrix changed the formula and the bottles. I bought it thinking it was the same thing and my hair told me otherwise. it left my hair feeling dry and brittle and even very frizzy. I will never use it again. I was so dissapointed. I have gone everywhere looking for places that still had some of the old bottles. Finally a slaon I visited last week had a couple. I bougth them all. So for now my hair is back to looking beautiful and healthy. When these bottles run out I have no idea what I'll do. I'll definitely be less likely to try other Matric products because of this bad experience. I don't understand why they have to mess with the formula. At least the old one worked.

about 3 years ago i finaly found a product that helped me with my curly hair. unfortunalty recenlty the packaging and the actual product itself has chnaged and it leaves my hair a sticky strawy mess. i would love for it to goooo back

For even the most coarse hair, delivers incredible managability! Blow drying is easier, flat iron glides and is able to do it's job in half the time, and best yet, hair is smooth,and shiny, what nature didn't give them!
