| March 2009 - March is British Invasion Month |
 |
On March 16th students from across the country attended two of our new courses for 2009, Color Kaleidoscope with Jo Jordan and C.R.A.F.T. Signature Cutting with Paul Falltrick.
In Color Kaleidoscope with Jo Jordan, the fundamentals of color principles were taken to a new and exciting level – to create a kaleidoscope of shades and a new, exciting pallet of colors. The students were shown how to formulate, create and apply color in a fresh and creative way, enabling them to change the entire look of a client by just adjusting tone and personalizing the color placement.
Paul Falltrick's course this year no longer has a concentration on male clientele. In C.R.A.F.T. Signature Cutting with Paul Falltrick, the students gained knowledge on high impact cutting techniques for both their male and female clientele. They pushed their cutting skills to the next level with British flare.
Leah Sterk, Senior Manager of Education and Jamie Batzel, Academy Associate helped facilitate both courses for the three days.
Here are just a few things our attendees are saying:
"I loved that it pushed me to work outside my comfort zone."
--Amy Margeson
"This class exceeded my expectations. I will be one of those people who practice these techniques as soon as I get home."
--Michelle Logreco
